We will take any customer supplied metal shape and form it to a desired radius. The metal to be bent is gripped at each end stretched around a forming die to produce the desired radius. By carefully stretching and curving the part at the same time, a superior bend is achieved.
For each desired radius, custom mandrels, fillers, and form blocks will be made. All tooling will be made in-house to save time and be as cost-effective as possible. With this method of bending, just about any radius, ellipse, or complex contour can be produced with great precision.
